Shipping

***All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days unless it is listed otherwise in the item description or a Deal Of the Day item.

We typically do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

All orders are shipped via USPS. 

We offer Free Shipping for orders over $40. Orders under $40 have a $5 shipping charge. Subject to change at any time.

We have the right to refuse service to anyone and can cancel any order if we find it in our best interest.

Pre Order items take 3 weeks on average. We lost our best estimated time frame in the description of the item. Please note that the manufacturer/ vendor is in control of Pre Order items and we can only ship them as fast as we receive them. Pre Orders are subject to getting cancelled or delayed in instances our vendor runs out of stock or cannot get them to us in a timely manner, etc. Please do not order pre order items if you wish to have ag item immediately. Send us a message at any time if you wish to cancel a Pre Order item.

Returns

If you are unhappy with an item in any way, simply return the item for a full refund.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the buyer originally receiving the item per the tracking number.

Please include your packing slip with the return with a note specifying the reason for the return.

We generally process/ credit returns within 3 business days of receiving.

Allow up to 10 business days for refunds to appear back in your account.

When returning or exchanging shoes, the shoe box must be sent back in order to receive a full refund. ($8 charge if the shoe box is not included)

Return or exchange items must not be altered in any way. This includes: Stains, Makeup, cigarette smoke, perfumes, animal hair, washing, obvious wear, etc.

If you believe you have received a defective item, please notify us immediately with a photo of the defect.

Exchanges

We cannot guarantee that an item will still be available for exchange and will not "hold" items. Your best option is to send the original item back as a return and immediately purchase a new item.
To exchange an item or receive credit for an item, we must receive the original item back first before a new item will be sent.
